My Story, Mission and Values
Garry Ratcliffe Advisory was founded with a mission to support schools, trusts, and families in creating inclusive education environments. Led by Garry Ratcliffe, we advocate for SEND children, children in care, and promote understanding around adoption and LGBT+ parenting. Our values centre on professionalism, trust, and dedication to impactful advocacy. Garry has 30 years of experience in education, 20 in school leadership and 10 years as a trust CEO.
Values-Based Approach to Advocacy & Consultancy.
Garry and his husband Kyle adopted four children who were all in local authority care. Three of the children have special educational needs and disabilities. By "living" the journey, Garry has developed a high level of skill, expertise and empathy around the issues of SEND, children in care adoption, as well as equality issues around parenting.
